Privacy policy
Wivo is committed to handling personal information carefully and explaining what is needed to operate the marketplace.
Information we collect
We collect the account, listing, order, shipping, payment-status, support, and verification information needed to operate Wivo. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Wivo.
Private verification documents, including business documents, dispute evidence, and Kallah application documents, are restricted to authorized reviewers and service providers that help us operate the marketplace.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Wivo receives your name, email address, and profile image so we can create and secure your account. Wivo does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or Google password.
We use this information only for authentication, account identification, fraud prevention, and marketplace communications. We do not sell Google user data.
How information is used
We use information to publish listings, process protected purchases, create shipping labels, provide tracking, release seller payouts, review applications, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, send transactional notices, and improve Wivo.
Service providers and disclosure
We share only the information needed by providers that support authentication and storage, payments, shipping, email delivery, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the marketplace.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Wivo, meet payment and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We use access controls and private storage for sensitive documents, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting privacy@shopwivo.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
